GaugeKeep Text Message (SMS) Program
GaugeKeep is operated by Sundae Software Solutions. Signed-in users can choose to receive water-level alert notifications by text message.

The other way you can opt in
SMS alerts can also be switched on inside your GaugeKeep account. When you create an alert, you choose the “Text” delivery channel and provide the phone number to notify. The same consent wording shown above appears at that step, checkboxes are never pre-selected, and SMS is entirely optional — email and app push notifications are always available instead. Consent is never a condition of any purchase.
Where an organization adds a colleague’s number to an alert, that number receives a confirmation text first and is not sent any alerts until the person replies YES.
What you’ll receive
Alert notifications for the gauges and thresholds you configured — for example, a lake level or tailwater crossing the value you chose. Message frequency varies with your alert settings and river conditions. Message & data rates may apply.
Help and opting out
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email kyle@playsundae.com. Reply STOP at any time to cancel; you’ll receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. You can also turn off the text channel from your alert settings.
Your privacy
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, excluding the aggregators and providers that deliver the messages.
