This Privacy Policy explains how GaugeKeep (“GaugeKeep,” “we,” “us”), a service operated by Sundae Software Solutions, handles information when you use gaugekeep.com and related services (the “Service”).

Information we collect

• Account information. When you are set up as a member, we store your email address and basic account details needed to sign you in.
• Alert settings. The gauges you track and the thresholds you configure, so we can send the alerts you asked for.
• Usage and technical data. Standard server and security logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) used to operate and protect the Service.

We do not knowingly collect payment card numbers on our own servers. Any billing, if applicable, is handled by a third-party payment processor.

How we use information

• To authenticate you and provide access to member features.
• To send the threshold and fault alerts you configure.
• To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To respond to your support requests.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Service (for example, our hosting and database provider and our email-delivery provider), and only as needed to provide the Service, or when required by law.

Text messaging and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and messaging providers strictly for the purpose of delivering the messages you asked for.

Phone numbers are collected only when you choose to add a text-message delivery channel to an alert, and are used only to send the alerts you configured. Consent is never a condition of purchase, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to any message or by turning the text channel off in your alert settings. Data retention

We keep account and alert data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

Your choices

You can update your alert settings at any time, unsubscribe from alerts, or request access to or deletion of your data by emailing us.

Children

The Service is intended for organizations and adults and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
